Description: Big Bear Lodge offers log cabin lodging for both summer and winter travel visiting the Cooke City area. We are also a full service outfitter with services provided by Stillwater Outfitters offering summer pack trips and day rides for fishing, horseback riding and sightseeing. Also, big game hunting for elk, moose, mountain goat, bighorn sheep, mule deer, whitetail and antelope. Archery and rifle hunts available.Whether you are touring our beautiful area and looking for a quiet, comfortable place to lay your head, or you are interested in a fly fishing package which includes lodging, you will find our log cabins to be clean and cozy. All cabins have private bathrooms with showers and 2 full size beds. Enjoy our newly built recreation room with hot tub, pool table, DSS TV, VCR and movies. Enjoy a campfire, go for a hike or sit on your cabin porch and finish a great book. Winter brings lots of excitement for snowmobilers and cross-country skiers. Our lodge is open for lodging and lodging/meal packages. Our meals are served family style, they are homemade and you will be pleasantly full when your meal is completed with a scrumptious dessert. All meals are provided to our fly fishing guests staying with us on a fishing package. Guests enjoy wonderfully prepared meals in our dining room, sharing the day's stories and memories in front of our huge, open fireplace.
