Description: Sun Canyon Lodge offers beautiful mountain scenery, rustic and modern cabins, a cafe, camping, horses, wagons, boating, and stream and lake fishing for the entire family. We feature barbecues and family reunions, and we take wilderness pack trips and photography trips. Archery big game hunts and early rifle season and general big game combo hunts are also available. There are boating and scenic tours on Gibson Lake. Also, our guests can take daily horseback rides around the lake.We offer total packages or rent cabins or activities by the day.
Directions: Sun Canyon Lodge is located by Gibson Reservoir which borders the Lewis and Clark National forest. Easy to find, the lodge is 20 miles west of Augusta and south of Glacier Park. Access to Bob Marshall Wilderness from the east side. We are located on the beautiful Sun River and nestled in the Rocky Mountain front. Fly in to Great Falls International Airport.
